Professor David D. Haddock is Professor of Law at Northwestern University and a Research Fellow at The Independent Institute. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Chicago, and he has taught at Emory University, Yale University, Ohio State University, and the University of California at Los Angeles. Professor Haddock is a contributor to the books, Economic Consequences of Liability Rules, Fortune Encyclopedia of Economics, The Stock Market, Economics of Corporate and Capital Markets, and Law and Economics and the Economics of Legal Regulation. His articles have appeared in Economic Inquiry, Virginia Law Review, American Economic Review, California Law Review, Federal Communications Law Journal, Journal of Law and Economics, Journal of Legal Studies, Journal of Economic Literature, and other journals.
